Trade Delivery

Minimum order £150.00.

For goods in stock we endeavour to despatch within 72 hours of receiving your order and normally use a 24 hour carrier service. Deliveries during busy periods can sometimes take longer. Please let us know if you require a specific delivery date.

Carriage Charges:
- For goods despatched to addresses on the UK mainland or Northern Ireland; orders under £150.00 – carriage charge £11.00 plus VAT, orders over £150.00 – carriage paid.
- For goods despatched to third party addresses on the UK mainland (direct delivery orders), an £11.00 (per item) carriage charge will apply to all orders.
- For goods despatched to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands;
orders under £150.00 - carriage charge £16 (plus VAT where applicable), orders over £150.00 - carriage paid.
- Orders for delivery off the UK mainland, other than those listed above – carriage charged at cost.

Claims for shortage or damage must be made in writing within five days of receipt and any damage noted when signing for the goods (please note that signing for the delivery as ‘not checked’ is not accepted by the carriers in the event of a claim). Please retain all order information.

Unauthorised claims will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement.

Refused deliveries and returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No cash refunds. Merchandise credit only.

Back orders over £50.00 will be supplied unless otherwise advised. Back orders under £50.00 in value will be automatically cancelled.
